Workplace Horizons
Expanding how your team breathes, thinks and works.
We spend a huge part of our lives at work, and our breathing comes with us. Breathscape brings practical, evidence-informed breathing education into the workplace, helping teams understand how the way they breathe can influence stress, focus, energy, sleep and how they feel throughout the day.
Before becoming a Buteyko Breathing Practitioner, I spent more than a decade in corporate marketing. I know what it's like to rush between meetings, work to tight deadlines, spend hours in front of a screen and struggle to switch off at night.
Individual Support
Many companies already offer counselling and psychology support for their staff. Breathscape can sit alongside these services, providing an additional layer of practical breathing support through individualised 1:1 sessions.
Ideal for staff experiencing:
-
Workplace or personal stress
-
Anxiety or panic
-
Conditions such as OSA, asthma or allergies
-
A desire to build confidence with public speaking
Companies can provide employees with either a Two Pack (300)orFivePack(695), with the company invoiced upfront upon referral.
Ideal for:
Workplace wellbeing programs · High-pressure teams · Employee health initiatives
Breathe Together Workshops
Breathe Together is an interactive team session where participants learn about breathing and experience practical exercises together.
It’s designed to create a moment of pause, connection and reset, while giving everyone simple tools they can take into their everyday lives.
This can work particularly well as part of:
-
Team retreats · Off-sites · Leadership days · Conferences · Staff wellbeing events · R U OK? days · End-of-year or reset days · New Year kick-offs
Available in person or online. Pricing is tailored to your team, based on the session format, objectives and team size. Travel costs apply for in-person sessions.
Ways to breathe together
More than a wellbeing talk
I set out on a mission to make breathing mainstream and not woo woo. I bring practical breathing education into the workplace, giving teams simple tools they can understand, experience and actually use in everyday life.
We explore the relationship between breathing, the nervous system, stress, concentration, energy and sleep, giving your team practical techniques they can use in the moments they need them most while building better breathing habits for everyday life.

What your team will leave with
My aim is for your team to leave with a better understanding of their own breathing and a handful of practical tools they can actually use, while also building stronger resilience and working towards retraining their everyday breathing over the long term.
Participants may leave with:
-
Understand their own breathing and what changes under stress
-
Recognise habits that may be affecting focus, energy and sleep
-
Reset using simple breathing techniques during the working day
-
Refocus when they feel overwhelmed or distracted
-
Wind down and understand the relationship between breathing and sleep
-
Take away practical tools they can continue using for free
Learning to recognise and influence our breathing gives people another practical tool for managing their state, whether they need to settle, refocus, reset or prepare for rest. Small changes in how we breathe can become powerful tools when we know when and how to use them.

Why Breathscape?
I spent more than a decade working in corporate marketing before becoming a Buteyko Breathing Practitioner, so I understand the realities of the workplace as well as the importance of making education practical and relevant.
I’ve also worked in Functional Medicine clinics and with hundreds of clients through 1:1 sessions and workshops, specialising in breathing and respiratory health.
I understand that workplace education needs to be practical, engaging, evidence-informed and worth people’s time.

Why breathing matters at work
We take more than 20,000 breaths every day and around 6,700 of them happen while we’re at work.
How we breathe is closely connected to our physiological state, so the way we breathe throughout the working day can matter more than we realise.
When we’re under pressure, rushing between meetings or caught up in the daily 9–5 hustle, our breathing can become faster, heavier or more erratic. Over time, these changes can become part of our everyday breathing pattern, and that can have a bigger impact than we realise.
-
Less focus and concentration
-
Reduced tolerance to stress
-
More brain fog and less clarity
-
Feeling less productive
-
Difficulty switching off at night
-
Less restful sleep
We can’t remove every source of workplace stress, but we can change how we respond to it and give the body and mind better tools to settle, reset and recover.
