“I've had three sessions with Alana so far. The first one, 3 months ago. Since then my need to use Ventolin for Asthma symptoms has decreased dramatically. From needing to use it almost daily (between 1-4 puffs a day), I've gone as long as 3 weeks not using it since practicing the breathing exercises Alana taught me. It was hard for me at first but I persisted and I'm reaping the benefits. And I even enjoy the exercises now!
Alana knows how to challenge me but never push. She is there for me outside the sessions if I have any quick questions. We are doing our sessions via Google Meet and that works just fine. I appreciated the recordings of the exercises we did during my first two sessions so that I was able to listen to and be guided by them when I was practicing by myself.
Alana is passionate about breathwork and is an understanding and kind teacher. I feel blessed to have her by my side. I highly recommend her to anyone who's committed to do the work it takes to get the results you're after.
