Breathing Slow

Most people breathe faster & harder than their body metabolically needs. Over time, we retrain the breath to breathe less not more, to be slower and more efficient.

With regular practice, this exercise can be your new normal, to help guide the body toward a slower respiratory rate and prepare you for other foundational Buteyko Breathing exercises, such as Breathing Light.
